Palaeographic comment

Dextrograde direction, horizontal layout, vertical and irregular module, irregular ductus, shallow incision, centered layout.

M is formed by four oblique strokes.

P with open loop.

Q with tail that extends downward below the baseline.

TRANSLATION

Ennia Asteria, daughter of Ennius Asterius, restored in her own name the arca that had belonged to her grandfather Ennius Cerealis.

If anyone should violate it after her death, he shall pay two hundred sesterces to the accounts of the fiscus. Her children, however, shall be exempt.
